Fantastic Winter House

A group of friends and I have been going to Timberline for year's and this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. The location of the house near multiple trails is great for skiers and snowboarders of every skill level, but it pales in comparison to the amenities inside the house. The bedrooms are wonderfully appointed, the gaming theater provides hours of fun, and the theater screens are truly amazing. The hot tub is in a perfect location overlooking the mountain, and the sauna is a great addition not seen in any other home. We plan on returning next year, and I would highly recommend renting this fantastic property.

Lovely new home at Timberline Resort

We rented the brand new Aurora Point with a group of 16 30-somethings for a long weekend over New Year's Eve. The home is almost exactly as promised -- superior amenities, beautiful views, and of course, the promised hot tub, hibachi grill and 4D gaming theater. It's a perfect home for a group or large family-- plenty of room for couples and singles alike.
It is, as promised, difficult to get up to the home without an SUV, but the ski-out location makes the need for four-wheel drive well worth it.
We loved the property and would definitely return to it or another in the Slopes to Sands family again soon.

Utterly Amazing

My family comes to Canaan Valley every year and we are so glad that this luxurious property has came to Canaan. There is so much entertainment within the home and it felt more like a luxury hotel than a house. Everything was very clean and worked without issues. The location is great for skiing as well and the views were very refreshing and beautiful. Will definitely rent again.

First Class Accommodations

Recently stayed with family and close friends for a delightful vacation, our only gripe was not staying longer. The attention to detail was evident for behind every door awaits a wonderful surprise. Loads of entertainment, breathtaking views, ability to jump right on the slopes, and great local restaurants makes any vacation one of a kind.
