Please note that we are not able to offer refunds on cancellations. Travel and life can be unpredictable. We HIGHLY recommend that all groups purchase travel insurance. This would best protect your group in the event of a necessary cancellation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your reservation deposit is the $750 deposit you paid online, which is applied toward your total stay. Your security deposit is a separate $800 hold placed on your card and released within 14 days after checkout, provided the home is left in the same condition it was received.
We recommend logging in to your own games. While some games and consoles are available at Aurora Point, we cant guarantee access to particular games.
Aurora Point uses keyless entry with a secure code. The access code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Coffee filters are not guaranteed to be provided. Previous guests sometimes leave extras behind, but we suggest bringing your own to be safe.
To use the seasonal 8-person golf cart, you must complete and submit the Golf Cart Release Form prior to your stay. Please contact us for the form and instructions.
